Michael Bull, CCIM, CRB.

    Michael Bull is the founder and president of Bull Realty Incorporated,
a regional 30-broker commercial real estate firm with headquarters in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, Georgia.  Bull Realty has developed a renowned reputation since the firm opened in 1997 for its success in aggressive local and national marketing of properties. The firm currently is marketing properties for 14 banks, 3 bankruptcy trustees, and the FDIC. Michael has achieved extensive commercial real estate experience and success, having been involved in over $2.5 billion of transactions.  

    Mr. Bull has been active in commercial real estate investments and in the brokerage business in Atlanta for over 30 years. He has developed extensive knowledge of the local market and owns and operates retail, office, industrial and resort properties. His extensive experience includes renovation and turnaround of troubled assets.  Through his leadership, his firm has proven to be an industry leader in the sale and leasing of commercial properties.

    Mr. Bull has earned the respected Certified Commercial Investment Member (“CCIM”) designation, as well as the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (“CRB”) and e-PRO designations. He is a member of the Association of Georgia Real Estate Exchangors, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and a life member of the Commercial Million Dollar Club of the National Association of Realtors. Michael attended local Atlanta schools including Georgia State University and the Georgia Institute of Real Estate. He lives in the Sandy Springs area of Atlanta with his wife and two children.


Todd Rollins, M.B.A.

    Todd Rollins is a former Vice President of Asset Management for New York based Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR), a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust
.  He has over fifteen years of experience as a professional and an owner-operator in the real estate industry.  His principal focus has been asset management of retail shopping centers but has substantial experience in multi-family, office, mixed-use and residential development as well.  Mr. Rollins’ prior asset management responsibility included managing projects from acquisition through to disposition, including day-to-day operations, redevelopment, financing, leasing, property management, as well as ground-up development.  

    At Acadia Realty Trust, Mr. Rollins was an integral member of the Mervyn’s real estate team, which was comprised of representatives from an investment consortium including Cerberus Capital Management, Sun Capital, Klaff Realty, and Lubert-Adler Funds.  Mr. Rollins was the asset manager for a portfolio consisting of 15 former Mervyn’s boxes totaling 1.2 million square feet.  Additionally, his portfolio experience includes the asset management of a portfolio of 31 sale-leaseback properties formerly anchored by Levitz Furniture Corporation, a portfolio of 25 sale-leaseback Kroger/Safeway properties totaling approximately 1 million square feet located throughout the United
States, and a portfolio of 6 mixed-use, urban in-fill redevelopments in Manhattan and surrounding Boroughs.
 

    Prior to joining Acadia Realty Trust, Mr. Rollins was Vice President of Asset Management for JDN Realty Corporation, a real estate investment trust formerly headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia where he was responsible for maximizing the value of a portfolio of 42 retail shopping centers totaling over 4 million square feet valued in excess of $350 million.  

    Mr. Rollins earned a Masters in Business Administration from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.  While in school, Mr. Rollins co-founded the Goizueta Real Estate Group as well as a real estate investment company focused on development and multifamily investments.
 Mr. Rollins was born and raised in
Atlanta, Georgia.



Cliff Lantz, J.D., M.B.A.

    Cliff Lantz is a former commercial real estate attorney in the
Atlanta office of Alston & Bird, LLP, a national AmLaw 100 Firm.  He has worked in the real estate industry for over 15 years as a professional and as an owner-operator.  His experience includes real estate acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, joint ventures, and real estate finance.  Mr. Lantz has experience in office, retail, multifamily, flex-space, and industrial property transactions.  He has been involved in multifamily transactions in the aggregate totaling more than 5,000 units and $1 billion, and office property transactions involving more than 5 million square feet and $1.2 billion.  In addition, he has worked on a number of large mixed use, timber land and hospitality transactions, valued in excess of $1 billion.  

    Mr. Lantz has represented a number of national corporations, universities, real estate funds, and commercial real estate companies in real estate transactions, including: Alliance Residential Company, Atlanta Gas Light Company, Auburn University, Avanti Strategic Land Investors, BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., The Carlos Company, Carter & Associates, Clarion Partners / ING, Duke Realty Corporation, Emory University, Home Depot, U.S.A., Host Marriott Corporation, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Kinder Morgan Power Company, Miller Industries, Ohio Police and Fire Pension Fund, Pope & Land Enterprises, Regent Partners, RREEF, Southeastern Property Development, Triad Properties Corporation, and Triple Net Properties / Grubb & Ellis.  

    Mr. Lantz has been active as a principal in purchasing, renovating, managing, and repositioning multifamily properties in the Greater Atlanta Metropolitan Area. While in that role, he gained broad experience in negotiating with purchasers, sellers, lenders and management companies.  In the multifamily sector, Mr. Lantz has ownership experience in as-built properties, new construction, property renovations, and condominium conversions. 

    He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Apartment Association, the National Apartment Association, and is a Certified Apartment Manager.  He is a frequent speaker at conferences around the country and in the Atlanta area regarding real estate transactional and finance topics.

    Mr. Lantz received his Juris Doctor, with honors, from Emory University in Atlanta, where he was Managing Editor of the Emory Law Journal and a Dean's Teaching Fellow.  He also earned a Masters in Business Administration from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.  While in school, Mr. Lantz had work experience with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., the Securities and Exchange Commission (Enforcement Division), and Bass Hotels and Resorts.

     Mr. Lantz is a Board of Advisors member and former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nicholas House, Inc., a non-profit organization that is focused on helping families transition from homelessness to self-sufficiency.  He was born and raised in Decatur, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta.   He currently lives in the Druid Hills neighborhood of Atlanta.
